A brief Moment can carry useful information about context, communication, regulation, safety, belonging or what helped. KnowMyWhy preserves that detail without pretending that software can decide what it means.

One young person’s story can include more than one perspective.
KnowMyWhy started from personal reflection, not institutional recording. Families can use it independently, then optionally connect trusted people around the same young-person record when shared understanding would help.
Person and family first
The product remains useful even when no school or professional account is connected.
Connection without surrendering privacy
Shared information can travel across authorised accounts while private Moments remain creator-only.
KnowMyWhy is not a diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, safeguarding or emergency service. The closed beta is being used to test usefulness, permissions and boundaries before wider release.
